Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to perform the sales and prize validation duties required to service customers in the day-to-day operations of the GLC kiosks located at GLC Headquarters and the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Duties include, but are not limited to: selling/validating tickets and processing claims in accordance with established GLC policies and procedures; maximizing sales and providing quality customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service, cash handling, and clerical or office experience (i.e. retail, banking). Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Organizational Skills Verbal Communication Skills Written Communication Skills Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Education
