North America Sales Manager, JustGiving
JustGiving from Blackbaud, our crowdfunding and social fundraising solution for direct giving, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales/Partnerships Manager to lead a team focused on driving donation growth in the North American market. This role is pivotal in expanding JustGiving’s presence and increasing donation income in a competitive and crowded space. The Sales/Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to uncover new high‑value opportunities, maximize donation growth, build key partnerships, and enhance JustGiving’s market position. This is an opportunity to shape and drive digital fundraising growth in a key market for JustGiving.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a team with leadership, direction, and mentorship.
Lead true growth in North America, improving JustGiving’s donation income from current single‑digit growth.
Develop and implement strategies aligned with JustGiving’s 2025 UK‑focused strategy while tailoring approaches to North America.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with key organizations and partner platforms.
Navigate a crowded market of powerful competitors by leveraging JustGiving’s unique strengths.
Promote JustGiving’s crowdfunding capabilities and viral potential to attract new users and increase engagement.
Leverage the Blackbaud sales channel and portfolio of products to focus on high‑impact sectors (e.g., healthcare, nonprofit).
Evaluate and design suitable incentives and fintech solutions to win in the market.
Build and manage a multi‑year robust pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
Analyze market trends, donor behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders across internal and external channels.
Qualifications
Sales leadership and management experience in a rapidly growing, fast‑paced environment, preferably within the nonprofit or fundraising sector.
Proven history of leading teams to achieve sales goals through coaching and effective methodology knowledge.
Strong understanding of the JustGiving business and the North American market’s unique challenges and opportunities.
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
Ability to manage time and perspective for the benefit of the team and the greater business.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑level stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $183,300.00 to $249,600.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
