The
Private Client Account Manager
works closely with Producers and Account Executives to manage a book of business, with a focus on affluent personal lines clients. This role provides high-touch service and acts as a key liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in
maintaining client relationships ,
supporting retention efforts , and
delivering tailored insurance solutions . Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal lines book of business for high-net-worth clients with autonomy and discretion. Conduct annual reviews and present recommendations to enhance client coverage. Collaborate with Producers on client strategy, renewals, and marketing efforts. Oversee the execution of policy changes, renewals, and internal documentation. Understand clients' insurance objectives and compare coverage options to fit their needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting claims or billing problems. Maintain strong carrier relationships; negotiate on behalf of clients when necessary. Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products when appropriate. Qualifications
Required:
Experience managing large personal lines accounts and working with high-net-worth clients. 2 experience in an insurance Account Management role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma required; AA or college degree preferred. Active
Texas General Agent License
