Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and meet operational expectations. Maintain personal and team productivity goals. Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. Learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs. Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications 0-3 years of retail experience. Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience. Motivated to achieve great results driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products. Ability to initiate and complete tasks independently. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits Rate of Pay: $17.50 / hour
