Recruit and develop top-producing loan officers and branch teams
Drive consistent production and profitability across your region
Implement smart growth strategies to expand market presence
Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and compliance
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and partnership
What You Bring
8+ years of mortgage sales leadership experience with a track record of growth
Deep understanding of retail mortgage origination and secondary markets
Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent
Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline and P&L expertise
