Salary Range:
$93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop, implement, and sustain CI strategies aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and principles.
Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to propose and implement effective solutions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and impact.
Facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops to drive problem-solving and process optimization.
Promote and embed a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing facility.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving tools, and process mapping.
Strong communication and change management skills to drive organizational adoption.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives
Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
