Associate Sales Representative - Little Rock, AR - Craniomaxillofacial We’re looking for a sales professional who loves engaging with customers and colleagues in challenging healthcare environments. You’ll be accountable, resilient, and driven to make healthcare better. As an influencer, you’ll take on hard projects and find the right solutions for Stryker’s mission.

Responsibilities

Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build clinical and product knowledge, as well as mastering selling styles and techniques.

Receive training and study independently to perform at the highest level in the operating room, working alongside surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace.

Identify, promote, and sell products that change patients’ lives.

Build your own business one customer and account at a time—identify and prospect new customers while caring for existing ones.

Assist Sales Representatives in determining the resources needed for customers to achieve sales objectives, including educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.

Foster an environment that makes CMF the destination for top performers and a place where careers thrive.

Qualifications

1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.

Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt to quickly changing days.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.

Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight travel).

Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.

Personal car required to transport product inventory and support customers.

Learns from setbacks and develops tactics to minimize recurrence.
