Customer Account Representative – Rent‑A‑Center
Minimum Starting Hourly Rate $14.45 – $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes, obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries & pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, follow handling and transportation procedures, keep vehicles clean and maintained.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized, clean product displays, refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition, keep showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicles will be used).
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Desired Traits

Physical Demands The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. The coworker must talk and hear constantly, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and frequently lift or move heavy items. The coworker must adhere to all company safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Hours/days are Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close. Sundays off plus one weekday off. Schedules and hours can change per management and business needs.
