Responsibilities

Prioritize safety

in all responsibilities.

Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.

Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative solution for each customer’s needs.

Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.

Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.

Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.

Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions, explaining the solution, and setting expectations so they have peace of mind.

Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications

No experience required. Sales experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required – company paid.

Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
