The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. They will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract new business. The Hotel Sales Manager will also maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with the hotel's services. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract new business. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with the hotel's services. Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop pricing strategies and packages. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date on industry trends. Prepare and present sales reports to the hotel's management team. Manage the hotel's sales team and provide training and support as needed. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software Ability to travel as needed.
