Inside Sales Representative , you'll take ownership of general/house accounts and help grow new business by: Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Responding to inbound sales calls and inquiries. Preparing accurate and timely quotes based on technical specs and customer needs. Driving growth by identifying upsell opportunities and prospecting new accounts. Applying technical knowledge to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in
inside sales
or
engineering support , ideally in
manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with the
aluminum or foundry industries
is a plus Comfort with

While in manufacturing areas, team member may also be exposed to moderate background noise, moderate amounts of airborne dust, presence of natural and artificial light, exposure to work temperatures from ambient to controlled, hard surfaces for standing and walking.
