Sales Advisor
to meet with customers, provide on-site estimates, and help homeowners choose the best solutions for their electrical needs.

Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses Earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually based on performance.

What You’ll Do
Visit customers who’ve requested service and provide in-person estimates
Use company-provided tools and software (ServiceTitan) to build accurate proposals
Clearly explain electrical solutions and help customers make confident decisions
Follow up with customers who haven’t approved their estimate
Collaborate with our Customer Experience and Install Teams to ensure seamless job execution
Maintain daily communication and organization in scheduling and follow-ups
Deliver a 5-star experience at every interaction
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in
sales ,
customer service , and/or
residential electrical
Are confident meeting customers face-to-face and building trust quickly
Enjoy helping people make informed decisions without being pushy
Are tech-savvy and organized — you like systems and efficiency
Thrive in a supportive, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Are goal-driven and motivated by performance-based pay
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid NC driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Compensation Base salary + commission + performance bonuses Typical annual earnings:
$80,000–$120,000+ Company vehicle provided
