The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime. We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, which is vital for growing our business and your success. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating (degree must be conferred before starting). Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol-related convictions on record within the past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Must be at least 18 years old.
