Job Title Retail Sales Associate
What You Will Be Doing
Greet customers with a friendly smile and enthusiastic approach.
Determine customer needs and address related concerns.
Ensure customer needs and expectations are taken care of.
Write and close sales.
Assist with showroom upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Follow-up with customers through callbacks.
Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or management.
Compensation We reward your performance , including a solid guaranteed wage plus commissions from 2.5% to 5.0% and incentives at 20%.
