How to walk and inspect roofs
How to talk to homeowners with confidence
How to guide people through their insurance claim
How to close deals and get paid

Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing
Meeting homeowners out in the field
Learning how to read roofs and spot damage
Helping families protect their homes and avoid bigger problems later
Making sure they’re taken care of from start to finish
Earning Potential This is performance-based. People who put in the work here
earn more
than any typical hourly job. If you want average, this isn’t it.
Qualifications Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Willing to learn
Not afraid to talk to people
Show up on time, every time
