to lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 top-performing In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a

player-coach

position — you’ll not only develop and lead your team to success but also stay active in the field, demonstrating what excellence looks like firsthand. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our

Regional Sales Leader

to ensure your team meets and exceeds performance goals while upholding the culture, standards, and integrity that have made Improveit one of the most respected names in home remodeling. What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate a team of 5 In-Home Sales Representatives through daily mentorship, training, and performance management.

Conduct field ride-alongs, providing real-time coaching and feedback.

Personally run appointments and close deals to lead by example.

Track, analyze, and improve team metrics to drive continuous growth.

Partner with the Regional Sales Leader to execute sales initiatives and meet revenue targets.

Foster a positive, high-energy, “work hard, play hard” team environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in

in-home sales

— preferably in home improvement, roofing, windows, or remodeling.

Demonstrated success in a

leadership or player-coach capacity .

Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive performance.

A competitive spirit and passion for winning as a team.
