Responsibilities

Act as a subject‑matter expert for ProMach Pharmaceutical Packaging equipment and lines, supporting customers and business revenue growth.

Establish strong relationships with decision makers in pharmaceutical, personal care, food, and chemical industries.

Analyze customer requests and transfer accurate information to the application engineering team to facilitate accurate and timely quotations.

Prepare and present engineered solutions to prospects individually and in group settings.

Provide management with insights on marketplace trends, competitive offerings, and prices, documenting all information in the sales database.

Record all sales encounters accurately and timely in the sales database.

Maintain accurate records of activities and expenses.

Attend periodic trade shows and events.

Qualifications

Ability to travel within North America, approximately 70% of the year.

Engineering bachelor’s degree or related degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years in B2B sales and business development.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical labeling applications and technology.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Professional ambassador for the company, projecting a positive image.

Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office; ability to learn new software.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written English communication skills.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Creative problem‑solving to develop customer service requirements and implement new solutions.

Knowledge of French is an asset (head office located in Quebec, Canada).
