Description We’re seeking a driven
Outside Sales Agent
to join our team and help expand our market reach through direct client engagement. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, identify client needs, and close high-value deals that drive growth. You’ll manage your own pipeline, meet with prospects face-to-face, and guide them through the entire sales process with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes.
Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you.
Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic, driven to succeed.
Provide exceptional customer experiences through service.
Texas real estate license or willing to get one.
Compensation $100,000
