INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW
HiEnd Accents, a leading wholesale provider of luxury bedding and home textiles, is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll work from our Dallas office, serving our wholesale customers such as department stores, furniture retailers, interior designers, and boutique hotels across your assigned territory.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE MISSION To accelerate HiEnd Accents’ business growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and securing new business accounts for our everyday luxury bedding and linens.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned portfolio of accounts
Grow existing account sales through new collection introductions and category expansion
Convert prospective accounts into loyal customers through strategic prospecting and lead follow-up
Re‑engage lost accounts to rebuild business relationships
Make proactive outbound calls for new collections and reorder reminders
Handle inbound customer inquiries with expert product and pricing guidance
Serve as a professional brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service
Represent HiEnd Accents at major trade shows (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year to Las Vegas and High Point Markets)
Effectively use CRM, order‑writing and ERP systems to track opportunities, analyze territory performance, and manage customer relationships
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute
0‑2 years of professional experience; wholesale experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others
Proficient with sales technology including CRM systems, SAP (preferred), and Microsoft Office suite (required); digitally‑savvy and able to learn and adapt to new digital tools quickly
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Self‑motivated with demonstrated problem‑solving abilities
High energy and enthusiasm with a results‑driven mindset
Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Eagerness to learn new systems and processes
