Primary Responsibilities
Travel from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified homeowner appointments
Conduct engaging in-home presentations and product demonstrations
Present custom quotes and guide homeowners to same-day decisions
Follow a value-based sales process rooted in honesty and integrity
Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license (required)
Willing to travel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (required)
Ability to lift/carry 20–60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
Comfortable using iPad-based applications (required)
No previous outside sales experience required
Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales system
Strong desire and ability to close sales
Compensation $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for licensed sales reps
Uncapped, commission-only compensation—current reps earn
$80,000–$220,000+
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Schedule Evening and weekend availability required
