Responsibilities
Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers.
Deliver specific presentations of Company Party’s product to appropriate health care professionals in both the clinic/office and hospital setting by utilizing approved messaging and resources from Company Party.
Effectively utilize and manage all Company Party approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Customer Team to understand and identify customer needs, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and upholding Company Party’s values and policies while providing information to support healthcare professionals using approved messaging and resources.
Qualifications
5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
Valid driver\'s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Master’s degree in business or life sciences
3+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology
