Position Summary We are seeking driven and competitive
Inside Sales Appointment Coordinators
to join our energetic team. In this role, you will
connect with prospects from our existing customer database, re-engage past no-sale appointments, and schedule consultations for solar, roofing, HVAC, and battery services.
That means
no cold calling —you’ll be working with
customers who have already expressed interest
and are highly likely to convert. The ideal candidate thrives in sales, enjoys engaging conversations, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential with a clear path for career growth.

Responsibilities
Engage with prospects from our
existing database of interested customers and prior no-sale appointments
Reconnect with homeowners to
rebuild trust, highlight value, and reschedule consultations
Provide information about solar, battery, roofing, HVAC, and other home improvements
Build rapport with customers and analyze their needs to recommend the right solutions
Answer inbound calls, return missed calls/voicemails, and promptly respond to all inquiries
Use
data mining and lead qualification techniques
to maximize appointment conversion
Accurately enter and track lead details in Excel and Salesforce
Confirm and record all lead sources (web, radio, referrals, etc.)
Perform administrative tasks and support management as needed
No cold calling – only engaged, pre-qualified opportunities!
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of renewable energy is helpful; passion for sustainability is a
plus
Excel
– organize, format, and calculate data with formulas
Outlook
– compose, send, and manage emails
Word
– create and edit documents
Excellent phone communication and lead qualification skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly
Strong data entry accuracy and speed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a
plus
Possession of or ability to obtain
HIS License
required (for sales advancement)
Strong hunger for success, competitive spirit, and team player attitude
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (PST) & Sundays, 9:00am – 6:00pm (PST)
Pay:
$25–$27 per hour
PLUS uncapped commissions, bonus potential, and cash spiffs!
