Department:
Sales
Reports to:
CEO
Who we are:
Sky Harvest exists to create sensible, cost-effective solutions to all
who care about mitigating climate impact with precision and integrity.
Sky Harvest creates carbon removal credits and sells them to corporate customers to offset their emissions. We do so by working exclusively with small-acreage and underserved timberland operators in the United States to generate carbon credits. We are a project developer—not a broker, nor a marketplace.
We’re passionate about improving carbon markets through sensible, practical solutions to this climate issue. And we have a humble, hard-working culture intrinsically motivated by the excellence and impact of our work.
More importantly, Sky Harvest has a distinct and competitive value proposition: we voluntarily issue removal credits that creatively solve customers’ durability needs through an innovative durability deduction. Our credits also include dynamic baselines, negative NPV tests, rigorous data-driven MRV, and conservative carbon accounting. For more information on our value proposition, please see: True Credits | Sky Harvest.
Why this role:
If you have a proven track‑record of closing high‑integrity carbon deals and are now seeking more autonomy and growth—this role is for you.
As Commercial Sales Manager, you will partner directly with the CEO to expand our client base, convert leads into customers, and tell the Sky Harvest story to some of the world’s most ambitious sustainability leaders.

Your Mission:
The Commercial Sales Manager will own the sales process—from lead generation to contract execution. You will source new corporate buyers, build relationships, structure deals, and guide them through to close.
