Bulk Sales Representative - Las Vegas, NV
Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of bulk gas sales, including liquid and tube trailer oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium, and liquid carbon dioxide, as well as related distribution and application equipment. The role also involves customer service, maintaining current customers, and developing new ones. Reports to the Region Bulk Gas Sales Manager. Essential Functions: Maintain high levels of personal safety and regulatory compliance. Drive profitable growth within the territory. Prospect for new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts for new and existing accounts. Manage existing business to maximize gross profit. Provide product and application support to customers and prospects. Coordinate communication between customers and MTG. Report sales activities promptly. Identify package gas and on-site opportunities and coordinate hand-offs. Support collections process as needed. Perform site surveys for new installations. Utilize value-based selling skills. Achieve price attainment initiatives. Travel within the territory approximately 40-60%. Additional Requirements: Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills:
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively in safety rules, instructions, manuals, reports, and presentations. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability:
Capable of solving practical problems, interpreting instructions, and dealing with variables in limited-standard situations. Travel Requirements:
