We’re looking for a
Salesforce Account Executive
who is highly driven, action‑oriented, and motivated to open doors and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑energy environment, values the power of collaboration with technical experts, and is passionate about helping clients achieve digital transformation through the power of the Salesforce platform.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within our target markets (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, and others).
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business needs and showcasing Demand Chain’s Salesforce capabilities.
Partner closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and executive sponsors to shape innovative, tailored solutions.
Represent Demand Chain’s values and vision in the marketplace, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Leverage Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report key metrics.
Stay informed on Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position Demand Chain as a thought leader and trusted partner.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of inside and/or outside Salesforce sales experience, ideally in professional services.
Proven track record of hunting and closing new business and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Highly self‑motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage high‑volume prospecting and deal cycles.
Confident and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Collaborative and coachable; thrives working alongside brilliant solution architects and delivery teams.
Required: being highly knowledgeable about Salesforce products, ecosystem, and our competitive landscape.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
