Sales Coordinator Requirements:
High school diploma required; additional education or relevant coursework preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in a professional office environment, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity, discretion, and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google applications; familiarity with CRM software required.
Professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor aligned with the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently while meeting established deadlines.
Customer service experience highly beneficial, including the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
What you'll do as a Sales Coordinator:
Coordinate resident contract closings by managing the closing calendar, preparing and distributing required documentation, supporting House Managers during meetings, and ensuring timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate resident records by creating and updating profiles in billing and CRM systems, collaborating with the Business Office to ensure proper billing setup, and organizing all files, collateral, and departmental materials.
Provide reporting and analytical support by producing defined sales and occupancy reports, tracking customer activity, identifying trends, and offering recommendations based on data analysis, including required monthly updates to NIC.
Support cross-functional operations and events by serving as backup for Welcome Center tasks, assisting with event preparation and move-in activities, coordinating with MarComm, and completing additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
