Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
JCW has partnered with a growing regional bank in the NY market and is seeking an experienced senior relationship manager with an existing book of business and strong industry contacts. Responsibilities
Source and maintain new business within various C&I/middle‑market companies across the tri‑state area, acting as the key client contact and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Negotiate and structure credit facilities in accordance with the bank's policies and lending standards, ensuring appropriate pricing.
Prepare comprehensive credit approval packages and present them to the appropriate credit authority level for review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of commercial banking experience, specifically within C&I and/or middle‑market relationship management.
Credit training is a plus but not required.
Industry contacts across the tri‑state area.
