The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Representing a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years. Meet with customers, provide in-home flooring estimates, and determine best product solutions. Prospect and manage leads to drive sales with pre-qualified opportunities. Operate as a Direct Seller Contractor and drive earnings. Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually. Delivery of excellent customer service and use of electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations. Represent Empire branded apparel when meeting customers. Qualifications
Valid driver’s license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards. Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions. Availability for evening & weekend appointments. Direct Seller Contract and ability to drive earnings. Attends sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually. Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations. Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel. Benefits and Terms
