Role Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, to revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships by educating contractors and construction company principals on how EquipmentShare can benefit their operations. Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new solutions to improve their business. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Innovate and develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Proven outside sales experience with a tenacious and innovative approach, and a track record of success. Industry knowledge in heavy construction equipment or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment.
