You’ll have the opportunity to lead the team day-to-day, but more importantly, you’ll be given the space and support to
rethink, rework, and reinvent
how we drive growth, engage leads, and raise our Win Rate. This role is for someone who has lived in the B2C sales trenches and understands the realities of earning trust, responding fast, and closing clean. Maybe you’ve managed a team before, perhaps you haven’t. What matters most is that you’re
not afraid to get your hands dirty
, ask the right questions, and build something you believe in from the ground up. We’ve made investments in tech, people, and process, but we know we haven’t cracked the code. That’s where you come in. What You'll Do: Lead the Sales Team, managing daily performance, communication, and execution Own our sales systems and tools (HubSpot and RealGreen), and refine them to work
better
for reps, managers, and customers Coach reps on sales fundamentals, call quality, follow-up timing, and how to own their pipeline Build and implement new processes for quoting, task management, lead handoff, and pipeline hygiene Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience to tighten the full lead-to-service lifecycle Actively participate in sales efforts yourself—modeling urgency, follow-through, and professionalism Define what success looks like, track it, and use it to drive better results (Win Rate, Quality, Utilization, Speed-to-lead, etc.) What We're Looking for: A
doer
with 3+ years of experience in B2C sales (field, inbound/outbound, residential, etc.) A
problem-solver
who thrives in ambiguity and wants to improve how things work, not just follow the script A
builder
who’s not afraid to test, break, fix, and scale process changes Strong comfort level with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and a love for operational clarity Natural leadership instincts, even if you haven’t held the “manager” title before A healthy mix of urgency, humility, and accountability A passion for making sales work better for customers, reps, and the company What Success Looks Like: You create and lead a Sales Team culture of ownership, structure, and continuous improvement You identify friction in our current sales process and implement practical, scalable solutions Reps trust your leadership, adopt your systems, and grow under your coaching You take what’s working and build what’s missing Seniority level
