Role Summary Realized Holdings, a fast‑growing Wealthtech company in Austin, TX, seeks a strategic and results‑oriented Head of Sales for DTC to lead advisory and sales operations, drive growth, foster a high‑performance sales culture, and shape the future of Investment Property Wealth Management®.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the advisory team to achieve performance goals while cultivating a client‑focused culture.

Recruit, hire, and develop top‑tier, securities‑licensed financial professionals.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement tailored training and development programs.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to exceed revenue targets.

Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Establish and monitor sales goals, quotas, and KPIs.

Collaborate with the team to address client concerns and operational challenges.

Identify and implement process optimizations.

Work closely with senior leadership on sales strategy and long‑term vision.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and client success.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the Realized network.

Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Leverage advanced CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) for operations and client engagement.

Champion innovation in sales practices and tools.

Qualifications

Licensing:

Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 66 licenses required (or Series 7 with Series 24).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:

At least 3 years of leadership experience in financial services sales management, ideally in alternative assets and/or real estate; a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Skills & Expertise:

Exceptional leadership and motivational skills; strong analytical abilities and market insight; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office; expertise in tax‑efficient investment solutions and industry best practices; proven ability to coach and develop both seasoned and new professionals.
