Operate like a territory CEO: develop your customer base, create opportunities and drive serious revenue. Build your own pipeline while expanding an existing book of business in a high‑demand industry. Your Mission
Own and grow your territory in Florida Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors and industrial clients Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits Collaborate with inside sales and customer service—while leading the field What You Get

3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred). A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts. Comfortable with up to 6 nights of overnight stays across your territory. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
