Title: Territory Sales Representative/Small Business Consultant (Travel in and beyond McAllen, Texas)
Pay: $26/hour
Extra benefits: hourly + commission

Minimum Requirements:
Proficiently speak English and Spanish 2+ years of current experience in an outside sales role mixed with account management/territory management Client/Customer facing, CRM, face-to-face sales, professionalism Must be okay to travel when needed and be local to McAllen, Texas to report onsite when needed Job Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between customers and client, either by managing assigned business accounts or building a personal portfolio. Drive customer retention and sales by meeting or exceeding targets in sales count, volume, and margin. Conduct site visits to top-value business customers, ensuring they understand their billing, usage, and energy efficiency opportunities. Provide on-site solutions using a company-provided laptop, update customer management systems, and communicate new products and services. Serve as a Move Manager for high-value new customers, facilitate energy audits, and provide feedback to Segment Marketing on customer insights. Seniority level:
