Position: Sally Beauty Advisor The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty will provide the necessary training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!
Your Role At Sally Beauty
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Flexible working schedules to suit everyone’s needs.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
Availability to meet scheduling needs.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
Ability to read and explain product labels.
Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment.
