Business Development Associate , you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role requires a confident and proactive approach to high-volume calling, collaboration with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. alliant is a premier national consulting firm focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive. We offer six service lines, and this role is within alliant Consulting, which partners with companies to understand their challenges and guide their transformation journey. Responsibilities:
Daily research and lead generation to target and qualify potential clients Engage with prospects to understand their business and future needs to position our solutions effectively Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Develop Statements of Work, strategic account plans, and sales materials through effective partnership with decision-makers and team members Prioritize outreach and opportunities based on revenue potential and company goals Record and update customer interactions in the CRM to track progress and maintain a healthy sales funnel Meet and exceed quarterly quotas Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Ability to learn various industries and verticals Proven success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets Excellent communication skills, including experience with C-level executives or business owners Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Thrives in a competitive, entrepreneurial setting with a 24/7 mentality High urgency and adaptability to deadlines and changing priorities Receptive to performance feedback Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software Willingness to travel 30-60% within the U.S. Reside or relocate to Houston, TX alliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, life insurance, disability, onsite gym, fitness classes, paid parking, daily allowances, and more.
