Daley And Associates is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a prominent Capital Equipment manufacturer. This is a high-visibility, remote role ideal for someone based in the Southern/Southwest part of the United States with easy access to a major airport. This role offers a base salary up to $160K. What You’ll Do
Own the territory: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve regional growth targets and annual operating plans. Expand the business: Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead development. Be the trusted advisor: Engage in consultative selling—uncover customer needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver winning proposals. Strengthen partnerships: Support existing customers with responsive service and collaborate with technical teams for seamless after-sales support. Deliver solutions: Prepare proposals, configure systems, and contribute to technical documentation (AutoCAD experience a plus). Champion our brand: Partner with marketing to maximize the impact of campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions. Drive insights: Maintain accurate CRM records (Dynamics 365) and provide actionable market intelligence to guide strategy. What You Bring
3+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experience, ideally in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven ability to influence senior-level decision-makers and close complex deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Technical acumen with the ability to interpret specifications and support solution development. AutoCAD or similar software experience (preferred). Spanish fluency (a major advantage). Flexibility to travel 50%+ regionally and occasionally internationally. How to Apply
