The ADE (Account Development Executive) role at Rippling provides a unique opportunity - we\'re looking for talented, ambitious team members who can manage high velocity cross-sell sales qualification, while also navigating a very strategic process. As an ADE, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying current customers of Rippling in order to pitch them additional products to add to their stack. We’re building a team that will require a “winning” attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. We believe in promotion from within and transparency on career paths that allow you to grow in your sales profession. Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with location-based ranges; see which tier applies to your location. The split for this team is 70/30. A variety of factors are considered when determining compensation, including professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the ranges listed here. Commission is not guaranteed. The pay range for this role is: 105,000 - 105,000 USD per year (NY/SF OTE). Additional Information
