Position Overview

The Store on Wheels Sales Representative works to attain sales and profitability goals for golf agronomic performance within a specified geography with specific golf courses. The Store on Wheels Rep manages all aspects of the relationship with assigned accounts, including program development and implementation, product placement, problem resolution, team building with market partners to ensure success. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain golf agronomic business. Work towards achieving sales targets for assigned geographical area and enhance customer relationships through dependability, reliability, and service. Maintain a safe working environment on and around the “Store on Wheels” and remain in compliance with all Department of Transportation requirements Develop and implement seasonal selling plans for assigned customers Assist in development of market teams which include golf sales representatives, branch managers, and distributor representatives Immerse yourself in key professional organizations and societies to stay on top of market and industry trends Manage inventory assets and merchandising on the Store on Wheels in compliance with company standards to promote a customer friendly environment

Skills We Are Seeking

4 to 7 years of experience in the turfgrass or golf course grounds maintenance industry 4 to 7 years in general sales (outside sales or retail, preferred) Ability to possess licenses as required by federal and state regulatory agencies (such as Commercial Applicator’s License, etc.) Valid commercial driver’s license Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions. Willingness to travel (up to 25%) Degree in an Agricultural Sciences, Agronomics, or Turfgrass Management discipline, or equivalent experience Perks: Weekly Paychecks with DailyPay available!
