Role Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary customer service, being compassionate and understanding customer needs.
Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions for each person, family, or business.
Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs, leading to additional bonus payments.
Job Qualifications
Fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong social media presence preferred.
Reliable transportation; live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations in district.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adheres to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Required to stand for long periods while providing customer service.
Ability to work in fast‑paced environment; follows instructions to completion; solves problems under pressure.
