Sales Support Representative – Residential Builder

Schedule Monday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm; 1 Saturday per week for 6 weeks
Pay $18.71 – $31.41 per hour (hourly range)
Responsibilities
Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented mindset with ability to build relationships.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
