About the Role

The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for our prospects and plays a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. You’ll handle inbound SMB leads within a 2-hour SLA, while also conducting outbound outreach through calls, email, and social channels. Your goal is to convert MQLs into SQLs and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role based in Dallas!

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed individual and team KPI targets

Qualify leads through calls, email, and social outreach, converting MQLs to SQLs

Maintain accurate CRM information and support strategies to improve conversion rates

Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and identify value

Present product information aligned to prospect challenges

Conduct consistent follow-up to keep the pipeline healthy

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to learn the digital signage and on-premise marketing landscape

Strong communication and listening skills, especially over the phone

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Prior sales or lead-qualification experience preferred

Outbound prospecting experience is a plus

Benefits

Base salary plus commission with OTE of $93k+
