Echo Global Logistics . As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging with clients over the phone and email. The focus is on offering a variety of logistics services and solutions. Sales Representatives will be equipped with the tools to seek the full sales cycle: prospecting, relationship building, customer service, and operations. There will be opportunities to develop your skills further and advance to a National Sales Representative role. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE; ability to work in the Dallas, TX office a few days every week is required. Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
Develop, maintain, and manage new client relationships Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration Utilize Salesforce for client prospecting and pipeline management Manage daily operational tasks using Echo’s proprietary software, including account management, invoicing, and shipment tracking Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient client transactions Participate in ongoing education about industry trends, market, and business developments Requirements:
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of sales experience Ideal Characteristics:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated by financial incentives Assertive, positive, and persistent in cold calling Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed quotas Resilient in a competitive environment Self-motivated with good time-management and organizational skills Capable of problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Paid Training Program:
