Assist customers by reserving storage units that best fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and facilitate their storage needs
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commission opportunities
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills
Qualifications
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Availability to work some weekends
Familiarity with customer relationship management software
