We are re-imagining how the world’s deskless workforce learns.

We turn old training docs into gamified, interactive AI experiences that make onboarding faster, engagement higher, and retention stronger.

We’re an 8-person ship seed-funded by A16z, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer, and Primary and Field, growing 70% month-on-month, already serving 40+ customers across trades, manufacturing, and hospitality, and a massive $400B market to reshape.

As our second AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, working directly with our founders (ex-Hulu & Crunchyroll).

You’ll help shape our GTM motion, refine the pitch, and be part of the story as we go from seed to scale.

What you’ll do:

Generate and close new business – from cold outbound to founder referrals.

Run tailored discovery, demos, and deal cycles that educate blue-collar buyers.

Collaborate with Marketing & Product to refine pricing and messaging.

Test and build repeatable conference and event-driven lead channels.

Track pipeline in HubSpot and share data-driven insights to improve conversion.

What you bring

5 — 7 years in B2B SaaS, including 2 — 3 years as a closing AE.

Sold into blue-collar / deskless industries (e.g., HVAC, manufacturing, logistics).

Consistent quota attainment — 100 % + track record.

Strong storytelling and consultative-selling chops.

Thrives in start-up chaos — bias for action, learns fast, zero ego.
