Role Description We’re hiring a Sports‑Minded Sales Representative (Management Trainee) to join our high‑energy team in Lansing, MI. Key Responsibilities
Engage customers with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
Educate customers on products and recommend tailored solutions
Support brand campaigns and in‑store promotions
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle inquiries effectively
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Competitive, sports‑minded attitude with a strong team focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others and providing outstanding service
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, retail‑based setting
Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Must be
18+
and authorized to work in the
U.S.
