About the Role The ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses helps bring innovative automation and smart security products to customers, turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, building relationships, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and recommending the right products for each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
Demonstrate and explain the value of our security and smart business solutions on a deep technical level.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver market‑specific sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
Qualifications
A self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual driven to succeed.
Strong communication, creative, and presentation skills.
Ability to help people, understand business insight, and exhibit empathy.
Curiosity for new technology and rapid adaptation to competitive and customer needs.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites.
Benefits & Compensation
Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; top performers earn $150K+.
Training wage of up to $4,000 during the first 8 weeks.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks.
Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
New sales advisors can expect to earn approximately $85,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
