Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to distributors and sales partners, including training, motivation, and strategic sales guidance.

Oversee project tracking and manage sales engagement throughout the value chain, ensuring alignment with sales and profitability objectives.

Lead specification-driven sales efforts by influencing key decision-makers such as consulting engineers, building owners, and government officials.

Coordinate technical support and marketing initiatives to address customer needs and promote solution-based selling.

Manage administrative and strategic tasks including CRM updates, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and input on marketing and personnel plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Experience in distributor management, product management, or related industry roles.

Technical skills or aptitude in construction practices and building product applications.

Experience in the construction/building market is preferred.

Ability to travel 50%-60%.
