Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs Provide exceptional customer service and support through inbound calls Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commission opportunities Help customers with inquiries and guide them through the storage reservation process Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service Ability to connect well with customers over the phone Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications High school diploma or GED Must pass background and drug screening How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
