Small to Medium Business Account Executive , you will be in the field, at the forefront of innovation, forging powerful connections, offering our customers best-in-class connectivity solutions, while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. As a valued member of our team, you will be ‘boots on the ground’, working with business owners to not only create partnerships but help contribute to the success of the channel. You will have the opportunity to make each interaction unique and memorable by guiding them through our full suite of Optimum products and services, such as high-speed internet, TV, mobile and voice services, ensuring that their solution best fits their needs. Responsibilities Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists. Engage and Educate: Approach businesses with a dash of charm and a sprinkle of professionalism. Enlighten them about the incredible benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services. Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages that meet the unique needs of each customer, delivering value and satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling in-field sales presentations that showcase the advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with accuracy to support smooth operations. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to share insights and develop strategies to achieve goals. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 years of field sales to Small/Medium Businesses. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Physical abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work full time. Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering results and building trust with customers. Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line offerings, ability to translate technical information for customers. Digital proficiency: Comfortable with CRM, POS systems, and other software; adaptable to new technologies.
