Job Overview
Brookdale is hiring a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the sales journey, generate referral leads, and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
Guide for families and older adults
– Serve as the boots on the ground inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
Team player
– Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders and other local businesses.
Partner
– Work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualities & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 2 years of recent sales experience (senior living experience preferred).
Strong technology proficiency, Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
